Notes - #1 - When any design is scrolled vertically or hovered effects are seen with respect to 'boxes', text and/or photos moving or folding into view vertically/horizontally as seen in responsive design having long vertical scrolls. #2 - Elements such as the Top tabs, Call to actions, Photo effects, Colors and/or Content areas can be modified, swapped or combined between designs. |

| Design #1A - 1) Top photos slide-animate multiple photos (OR) display a different photo upon browser refresh. 2) Multiple small square photos launch a lightbox photo gallery 3 ) The design has 4 quick reference 'focus boxes'; these animate then hovered. 4 ) The lower 2 Brokerage' and 'Testimonial' boxes can be scrolled or scroll automatically. If 'Testimonials' listings are not required the lower section can be modified to display 2 rows of brokerage products. 5 ) ADD THIS social icons (Face book, You Tube, Google+ and others) allow visitors to share the site over their own social networks and does not require the host site to be a member for any of the icons shown. |
